China sourcing coordination for steel buildings Send a project brief
Procurement workflow

From project brief to supplier handover

Our China based sourcing service coordinates the decision trail for steel warehouses and workshops. Each step has a document or question that a buyer can review.

01 · Supplier matching

We screen potential suppliers against the requested building type, fabrication scope and target export market. A shortlist means candidates for further verification, not a certification or guarantee.

02 · Quotation comparison

We align span, bay spacing, steel grade, coating, panel build up, exclusions and shipping terms before placing offers side by side. Different design assumptions remain visible instead of being folded into one headline price.

03 · Sample coordination

For relevant cladding, finishes or connection details, we help identify what a physical sample can verify and what still requires drawings or test records.

04 · Inspection coordination

We coordinate buyer agreed checkpoints for material identification, dimensional checks, welding records, coating checks and packing. Inspection conclusions remain the responsibility of the appointed professionals.

05 · Consolidation

We map components and accessories into a packing schedule, including loose parts and labeled connection kits. The final scope depends on the selected supplier and buyer purchase order.

06 · Export coordination

We coordinate document requests and shipment milestones for the agreed Incoterm. Site approvals, engineering design and local compliance must be verified by the supplier and qualified local parties.

Before issuing a purchase order, the buyer should confirm which party signs structural calculations, who supplies foundation reactions, and who prepares permit documents for the destination jurisdiction. A frame offer may exclude doors, insulation, gutters, MEP and erection. Our comparison keeps these exclusions visible beside price and lead time. For shipment, we ask for a component packing list and a named Incoterm. A catalog drawing or verbal freight estimate cannot substitute for an agreed delivery scope.

Send the building schedule

A location, clear span, eave height, crane duty and required delivery date make the first supplier conversation useful.
